From the moment we check in the staff was always courteous and attentive to all of our needs. We were even given a wonderful surprise from the Hotel delivered to our suite, a bottle of champagne and desert.

I chose Sheraton marina and per the front desk agent because I chose a king bed they moved me to a different property. The Sheraton Bay Tower. Not at all what I expected, much lesser property. Then tried to sell me a room at a much higher rate at the original property. At the other lesser property they supposedly didn’t have a king bed (the whole reason they had to move me to that property). When I complained all of a sudden they found a king bed room. Just horrible

The staff was very friendly all throughout the resort. They checked us in at 1:30PM & upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The s'mores after dinner at the firepits was a nice conclusion to our evening.
