The GM Carrie is a very unprofessional person. There were serious issues with breakfast supply and she harassed me and others staying there when we asked what could be done to fix this. My kids were burned by the chemicals in TJ hot tub. I had to call to ask for towels almost everyday because after they cleaned and took the dirt towels they didn’t replace with clean ones.

Staff did the best they could to attend us. But the thing is that I do not agree with the property charging for parking $26 a night which I think is ridiculous. We stayed for two nights and originally I agreed to pay for parking for two days because we came long way from the hotel and didn’t want to deal with it, but I ended up canceling one night realizing that there is street parking available. I went multiple times to the front desk and talked to different workers and they assured me that That they took off the extra night from the system, but since I didn’t get anything writing, it it was, he said she said. I also requested one day for room service and clean up, Service only came To give us new towels, but the Room un-cleaned. So on a positive note, the best were pretty comfortable, So on a positive note, the best were pretty comfortable, breakfast in the morning was from 7 to 9 and it wasn’t no big continental breakfast but got the job done. What do we expect right when it’s free breakfast included. Staff Was pretty Courteous. Don’t know if I’ll stay at the best Western again, It gets the job done if you want bang for your buck.

Overall, this was an exemplary experience, especially for the price we paid. However, there are a few things to consider. First of all, Expedia was not accurate with its information regarding parking; Expedia stated that parking is $19 a night, but when we got there, we are informed it would actually be $26 a night. This could be due to the holiday weekend, but it is something worth mentioning. Also, there is a lot of street parking available in the area, and in the three nights we stayed there, we had absolutely no issues parking on the road beside the facility. The facility was quiet, safe, and very clean; given that this is right off the main highway, it was impressive to have had so few noise disturbances. The rooms area little basic, but very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The pool and spa tub were very well-maintained, and the spa in particular was very relaxing. Breakfast was a standout; a good variety, very flavorful, and the muffins in particular hit the spot! I only have two, relatively minor, complaints. For one, the elevators may need a tune-up, as they made some very odd noises throughout our stay. Also, accessing this hotel from hotel circle was more than a little confusing; it wouldn't hurt to provide guests with a little extra guidance before they arrive! Still, our stay was overwhelmingly positive, and I do recommend this hotel, especially for families!

The metal shower caddies were rusted. The tile in shower was pink it looked like it was not scrubbed well. The Clerk at the front was polite and friendly. At check in and check out. The breakfast was okay, it was basic.

The breakfast was good but the pancakes were a little hard, but overall good. The service was also good, when ever I needed fresh towels i didn't have to wait they'd bring then straight up. I really liked the stay.
