Staff did the best they could to attend us. But the thing is that I do not agree with the property charging for parking $26 a night which I think is ridiculous. We stayed for two nights and originally I agreed to pay for parking for two days because we came long way from the hotel and didn’t want to deal with it, but I ended up canceling one night realizing that there is street parking available. I went multiple times to the front desk and talked to different workers and they assured me that That they took off the extra night from the system, but since I didn’t get anything writing, it it was, he said she said. I also requested one day for room service and clean up, Service only came To give us new towels, but the Room un-cleaned. So on a positive note, the best were pretty comfortable, So on a positive note, the best were pretty comfortable, breakfast in the morning was from 7 to 9 and it wasn’t no big continental breakfast but got the job done. What do we expect right when it’s free breakfast included. Staff Was pretty Courteous. Don’t know if I’ll stay at the best Western again, It gets the job done if you want bang for your buck.

From the moment I got there the staff were very welcoming and also took very great care of us during our stay. The staff for breakfast were so nice to my kids. They recommended many places to visit and to eat they were just so nice and I would definitely go back.

Excellent Family Stay! We stayed for two days as a family of six and had a wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean, with two beds plus two bunk beds—perfect for families with kids. The hotel also offered a delicious complimentary breakfast! There were eggs, sausages, waffles, bread and butter, coffee, and juice—a great way to start the morning. The location was perfect, close to SeaWorld, shopping centers, and other nearby attractions. Everything was easily accessible, and the area felt safe and family-friendly. The staff was efficient and friendly, and we really appreciated how kid-friendly and family-oriented the entire place was. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Clean room but bathroom seemed outdated compared to the rest of the room although overall good stay for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) our stay was 3 nights and got our room checked once for our preference but they didn’t restock toilet paper aside from the one we got at the beginning of the stay but luckily i had my daughters wipes which i know i could call front desk but i just thought that could’ve been restocked when they checked the room
