I was charged for several convenience fee and was not told about them nor was explained about the purpose of them I walked in the office to a worker explaining that there was a convenience fee and the purpose of them to a woman im not sure if it was a race thing the woman was a different race from me and had kids just like i did even a car the only difference was our race , on top of that, I was put in a room that was infested with bugs little black bugs.The shower head was broken and housekeeping.Only came to the room once or twice during my whole stay i checked in october 10th and I checked out october 25th despite me constantly calling and asking for housekeeping, I've asked for housekeeping to come. Prior to me getting off work, I asked for housekeeping to come after I got off of work. I was told I was able to set up a specific time, so I did that still no housekeeping, however. The Times that I got off work and I was in the room sleep with my son.They would knock on the door and/or call the room and ask me if I want housekeeping and when I will let them know.Yes, and again.Set a certain time they would not come i had to clean the room myself.
