There were homeless people around and on the property. While I don’t blame the hotel for homeless people I do blame them for allowing them on their private property. They were near our car and on their property, which they can go too. They have lost our business permanently. I don’t need a half baked response from the manager about “How sorry they are”! Hire security and keep the homeless off your property!
