Staff at check in was not courteous. There were two gentlemen behind the counter talking to each other and didn't acknowledge my husband when he walked in. When my husband told them he was there to check in he was told they were busy and to come back in 10 minutes. The floor in the room was not clean. My husband forgot to bring slippers and his socks were filthy from walking around in the room while getting ready.

The room was nice, carpet a little soiled. The remote was found under the mattress cover as I guess the person cleaning the room forgot it was there. The television didn't work on cable so couldn't watch television. I told the front desk person in the morning about the television, and he acted like it really didn't care. Not much of a breakfast but due to the price of the hotel, I didn't expect much. I probably wouldn't stay there again.
