"Property was great!! Loved the space available in room. Hot in bedroom so it’s obvious why they put a fan in for air movement. Clean and comfortable. Room service was pricey but worth it after a long day and not wanting to lug kids out before dinner & fun. Hotel check-in attendant was TERRIBLE. lackluster. Looking at his phone and definitely NOT creating a Bahia you’re going to love this place. I would guess he’s been there toooo long and forgets WE ARE ON VACATION! Make it great or at least do your job. Smile and tell me how great this place is. Don’t just put info on counter run my card and say next. I believe his name was Daniel. "
