"Check in was quick. Staff were polite, we liked the hotel. Our family had a nice quick stay. The breakfast had good options too. The pool could have been warmer, they said it was heated but I don't think so. It was very cold."

"If you want to get a good night sleep, it won't be here. Walls are super thin with guest smoking and noises eveywhere. Rug looked dirty and dark stained like it was molded from water. "

"Have stated at this hotel before many times and I feel like has gotten a little worse each time. Upon arrival I had to wait in a 6 person check in line which took about 20 mins. I was fine w waiting but after getting my room keys and driving to the room they didn’t work so I had to come back the line was 8 people this time so just imagine that wait. I was able to get keys to a different room went to the room to relax and enjoy my night but then when I got there the remote was missing. I know the front desk wasn’t going to answer the phone due to his line so I just dealt w it. The room was updated which was nice and the parking for those rooms was gated which gives some extra comfort when parking. While the room was nice the bathroom needed some help. It seemed like the wall racks were actually pulling from the wall causing cracking damage that was pretty noticeable. The room seem so well put together that the minor details were really easy to see like the big crack between the entrance door and the wall. The pools no longer under construction which is nice but the rat traps around the property could be hidden a little better. "

"This hotel fits our need for a clean, comfortable and convenient stop when we are in San Diego. The staff is accommodating and our room was pleasant and roomy. We have stayed here previously and this was by far our best experience with a large accessible room. We unloaded the car directly into our room. Most hotels in this part of Mission Valley charge daily for parking as does this one. The rate here was a little less than others. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was gone. It was a convenient amenity."

"They charged $100 more than it was showing on hotels.com. Said it is mandatory resort fees. We were given a handicap room which was fine until showering. The floor design completely floods the entire bathroom floor. Front desk staff were rude when we asked about the extra charges. We will not stay here again. I was excited to stay here being a huge rock n roll fan. Very disappointing! "
