Standing water on the walkways made it very difficult to get to our rooms. We had to pass by so much trash that other people left outside their doors and that was disgusting. The washer and dryers didn't work and the machines ate up my mom's money. She reported this and was told to let management know when they come on property however we were on our way to check out to catch our flight. They were out of towels and our room numbers were put on a list to get towels but no one ever came by or called. We went to Walmart to get towels. There were 6 police vehicles on property when we got back to the hotel one evening but we never found out what it was all about. The elevator is so filthy and it has an odor we were afraid to breathe in there.

checked in late and the room was not clean, no blankets on the bed, the room smelled and trash bags were still in the room. We decided not to stay! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a good nights stay. There were people hanging around outside of their room smoking pot and not a good area to stay.

In the room there were no tissues, no extra blankets for the bed and the pillows were more flat than paper. We went to the front and requested two additional pillows which we were told they didn’t have any more. The bed was also uncomfortable and hard.

Extremely unprofessional. After calling front desk And telling them Id like to complain to corporate about unprofessionalism. I was abused threatened and thrown out by staff. I called the police on them. Do not stay here! Very unprofessional.
