It is an old hotel and it needs work. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. So slow it would leave residue in the sink.. YUCK! the thermostat battery was failing. It needs to be changed. The 40 dollars a night for parking sucked. I would rather Tip the Valet than pay the hotel. I loved the huge TV in the room.. That was nice! NOPE would not stay there again.

The location is fantastic you can walk to so many places and drive 10 minutes to everything else. The Mexico border is only 25 minutes away.

This stay was extremely frustrating and disappointing. When we arrived to check in we had to wait for over an hour in a packed (not covid safe) lobby. We booked and payed for this room in advanced and when we finally got to the front of the line we were told that rooms were “sold out”. We were then asked to leave and wait for a phone call telling us if a room became available. At this point we wasted two hours of our Valentines evening to not even get our room. About an hour later I called the hotel and they said they found a room for us. We returned to find that there was absolutely no parking left. We had to squeeze into a spot (not a real parking spot) up against the entrance gate. This left our car very vulnerable to being hit. This hotel was not prepared for the Valentine’s day rush and over sold their rooms. Would not recommend.

Smelled like cigarettes asked to relocate and new room was no different . They tried to charge me for parking even though the reservation specified free parking . Not happy with this experience
