We had a wonderful stay at the dextro. The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean. The parking was a bit of a challenge I’m handicapped so the spaces we good enough to get in and out of the vehicle. Overall I’d say for the money it was well worth it. And when they say sound prooof it’s sound proof lol,

The bed was comfortable and the Harbor and Downtown view was nice.it is also an easy walk to the harbor and lots of restaurants. However there is an additional $35 parking fee for each 24 hours you are at the hotel. Maybe it is listed somewhere when booking and I missed it. However Expedia says their price includes all fees, I find this to be a bit disingenuous. Also, the hotel is right on Interstate 5, so it is rather noisy.

Pillows are not that comfortable, shower was leaking from one side, bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, needs better lighting placement in room, the a/c is loud, the lobby to check in was dirty and dusty by windows, i checked in 10min before my time and I still had to wait 10more min because my room wasn’t ready. They need to better explain to customers how to use elevators with their room key. Every time we went into the elevator people thought it didn’t work because they didn’t know they needed to scan their room key.

Hotel has been recently remodeled. Very nice and updated. Only complaint was the lighting in bathroom was pretty dim. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
