"I booked this room for my daughter and a couple friends for one night before they went to their next destination. Their flight got delayed, they got in super late. The first text I got was "the ladies at this hotel are SO AWESOME". After a tough day, it was so nice to hear that the hotel staff was so wonderful to this weary group. Beyond helping them get checked in quickly, they brought them up water and ice. They gave them a late checkout, stored their bags and were just super kind. Thanks for taking such good care of my girls!"
