"The free bikes, chairs beach umbrellas etc. were an excellent feature. Also The Boardwalk offered 15% off at several nearby restaurants. This is a beach location and there is always a bit of sand on the floor no matter how often you or the cleaning staff sweep or vacuum. Also, parking is very difficult and we paid $175 extra to have a reserved spot , which saved us from much aggravation looking for places. Bed was very comfortable. The front desk closes at 5 pm, and check in is online, and they'll email a door code. It's a cute place and we'd go again. Location is excellent."

"This property was perfect for our 30th Anniversary. Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The free equipment for the beach was appreciated. The balcony was the perfect spot for us to people watch, listen to the ocean and share a snack & drink. The host communicated clearly and often. My favorite part was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on while listening to the ocean every day and night - we never closed the sliding doors. I’ll be back. Please send info to re-create mattress/pillows at home."

"The location is amazing, right on the boardwalk and beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was clean and has everything needed except for air conditioning. Our visit was during an unseasonably warm time and the condo was very warm. Breeze from the ocean does not come directly into the main living area and kitchen, only the master bedroom. Additionally, the parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We had a KIA Telluride and it was extremely challenging getting it into the parking spot. If you have a small or mid-sized car it should be ok. Overall, the condo is wonderful and the location makes up for the few challenges. The host was very responsive."
