We pulled in at night and were a little off put by the construction and the underground parking, but the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property has a vintage feel, but the room was immaculate and comfortable. Everything looked much better in the daylight. The room access is a bit cumbersome and it was a bit loud when other guests went by, but being directly on the beach is worth it all! Being able to walk directly onto the beach from the hotel was AMAZING! The staff was helpful and courteous. We used the beach chairs and towels and appreciated the games in the courtyard. We ate one night at the Shores restaurant. It was good and we received good service. The hotel was also only 2 blocks from some really fun shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

This 3star hotel is a nice ocean front restaurant with a motel. It is worse than most of Extended Stay. The lobby is probably less than 80 square feet barely fitting one sofa chair and some chairs. The wall of two tiny elevators was covered with boards and full of urine smell. My daughter would rather carry the suitcase using stairs. The guest laundry room was impossible to find. You have to go through a garage/storage area filled with retired furniture. The poor is under construction and you have a take shuttle to use it in other property, which was conveniently not mentioned in its website or Expedia. You only found out after booking it. The east side of the hotel is a construction site, which has surely made you aware of it in the morning. One of the rooms I booked didn’t even have a desk. The only good thing about this rundown hotel was the staff. They were very helpful.
