The beach area isn't swimmable and the maid does not come to clean the room daily or bring new towels. Other than that, the room was clean and the pool was great! Both restaurants on the property are amazing. Highly recommend Tavern Town for breakfast.

The room served our needs and had a nice balcony to sit on in the morning for coffee. Our biggest decision each morning was do we go to one of the three swimming pools or the beach-all were within walking distance from our room. We had a great breakfast and lunch at the Beach Cafe on the property. The Avalon, which was next door to us, served up some very delicious lattes. Great hotel located at the southernmost point right on Duval Street."
