The room was nice & big so that was nice unfortunately the dryer took about 5 times to actually dry the clothes. The absolute worst part was at the elevators did not work. So I had to lugg my luggage with 5 kids up and downstairs along with the stroller and our every day things every single day so my relaxing vacation was absolutely exhausting.

The check in was great, the staff explained the grounds and all they offer well! My room was large and had great storage space for my clothes and belongings. The bed was comfortable and lots of pillows! Great items in the bathroom including hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Always refilled things when I asked. The restaurant was fantastic! Having the shuttle to duval street was a big plus!

The Resort is very beautiful and the pool,,private beach and pool bar, and Suite was amazing. The only issue I had was that I was told that I had already paid my deposit for the room of $3322.27 and that I would only have to pay the remaining amount of $3322.27 amount whenichecked in the resort the day of arrival. Instead I was charged the full amount $7226.76. And had to contact my bank and get anxiety over the fact that i was locked out of my room and charged the full amount the day after I checked into the resort, as well as being contacted the next day stating that I was being charged again for resort fees and they were unable to process that transaction as well. Everything worked out in the end but being in keywest and trying to relax on my vacation was very difficult for 2 days in a row something i shouldn't have experienced, but they did give me and my fiancée a glass of champagne after everything was worked out and they apologized for the inconvenience $7226.76$whol of $the day of aamount of $332

Communication was nonexistent. No phone in the room, refrigerator didn’t work. Asked to have room straightened, trash removed and was told that it’s a $50 charge. I had to request an ice bucket and bottles of water. Elevator was out of service. No hand rails in tub.

Need a shuttle to local grocery maybe 1-2× a day? The hourly shuttle to Duval St, etc was great .... just be there 15 min early or you'll miss ... strict schedule. Virtually no breakfast. Overall this was a great resort if you know what to expect.

No breakfast it’s a small room and the cost for that room was rip off . Checkin at 4 and checkout at 10 am . The shuttle it crowded always and had to take uber all the time during peak season . The grounds are beautiful. Our room was a smaller room and it was nice but some things didn’t work properly. The toilet didn’t flush well, the shower head would turn on when filling the bathtub, tv would turn off randomly and the floors were dirty. Reasonably price in comparison to other places in Key West.

Check-in was at 4:00pm. The staff had not begun to clean the room at 4. We had arrived at 12:30pm. The staff knew we were waiting for the room. We finally got the room but it was near 5:00pm. We were supposed to be given a food beverage voucher. We asked for it twice and it never happened.
