The room needed maintenance. The tile was loose, the sink was leaking on the floor, the door handle was loose, and the fan made a terrible noise. For that amount of money a night it should be well maintained.

The room was older- but nice- classically “Keys” style. Away from Key West downtown- but convenient to get to- you get a more comfortable room at a lower price point for not staying right near Duval Street. It was a freezing cold weekend, so we didn’t check out any of the hotel outdoor amenities.

Check-in was done by what looked like a security guard who was standing off to the side of the desk using a laptop. There are no bellmen which would be no problem except the elevators were not working anywhere in the building and locals informed us that it has been that way for over a year. There is no room service options and no one came and cleaned our rooms during our stay. I gave them two stars for the fact that the room was clean and parking was ample.

Everything here is very clean. Pool water temp was perfect and th pool bar was fantastic. The only thing they could add would be microwaves and laundry bags for each room.

The staff was excellent! I left my suitcase there and they couldn't have been more helpful getting it sent to me! The room was clean. I loved that they had extra chairs to sit on.
