This was the WORST place I’ve EVER stayed at the lobby had no air the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were DISGUSTING!! I’d NEVER stay there again!!! Worst experience I’ve EVER had!! Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else!!!

Great Location off Duval
Great location right off Duval, short walk to everything. Room was a bit small and bed harder then I prefer but overall great stay and would stay again. I loved the pool area nice and quiet up there. Free parking was nice bonus and only about half a block away. Little mini fridge and microwave was nice in the room and daily breakfast for some quick items.

Over priced for absolutely nothing to work and the staff knows it too. That’s why they’re so rude to you. I’ve never been treated like that. I cannot believe they are able to get away with running a business like that. My only guess is it’s because us from out of state come in and don’t know be warned this place is terrible

We had to arrive late on Saturday night and the after hours Manager Natalia was so helpful. She even called us prior to arriving to let us know that she was there to help us when we arrived. The Hotel was great. It was central to Duval Street and made it easy to find restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The staff was helpful in letting us know things to do in the area. We feel in love with Key West and hope to go back again. And we will stay at the Pegasus International Hotel.

I booked this hotel solely for location. Location is fantastic . Beyond that, 2 star hotel that charges $512 a night because it is on Duval Street. The only other good thing , it has its own private parking which is included a block away. It was a special occasion and we wanted to be on Duval.I wouldn’t do it again . I would stay at a nicer hotel ( for less money) and Uber instead.

Beautiful, spacious sundeck with pool. Room very clean, tiny bathroom. Entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. Top positive is location, right on duval street, you can walk to many major attractions in 15 minutes or so and watch the passing parade from the sundeck which is cool. The top minus is the location, which is very noisy at night from the often boisterous passing parade.

The whole hotel smelled like mold, the room even more pronounced. Bathroom door, and ceiling were bubbling up. The room floor was almost wet due to condensation. Room windows were screwed on so they couldn’t be opened to give you a relief from the mold smell. A couple of the towels in the room were so old/overused that they were almost see through, one had an inch diameter whole. One of the worst North American hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. You get all these perks for $600 USD per night!

Upscale rooms. Roomy pool area on second floor with ample seating for relaxing or sunbathing. Warm pool. Exterior door always secure after business hours. Within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. On the corner of Duval Street amongst all the action. Luggage rack in the room as well as two drawer chest of drawers. Small desk for remote work.
