Truly NYAH, Very pleasant boutique hotel in Key West. 10 minute walk to Mallory Square and everything Key West. Hanging out pool side made for a great overnight Get-a/way.

The room was simple, but smelled real good when we came in. The building is, again, simple, but a lower price than the other hotels in that area, so I guess you get what you pay for (not that it's cheap in any way, but compared...). There was no daily service offered, so the room was never cleaned during our stay. My phone fell under the bed and I needed to lift the mattress to reach it, and I smelled urine on the bottom side of the mattress. And there was a roach on the floor the very last day (which honestly, it's a hot area, so I believe that it's pretty common), but if we had gotten daily service, they could have cleaned that up (hopefully). We did not try the breakfast that was offered daily, because we had other plans, so I can't judge that. They do have a coffee machine available 24 hrs in the lobby, so that was convenient, even if the coffee wasn't great. There are plenty of pools, which we also did not make use of, because it gave a vibe of a party place more than a relaxing place. But it fulfilled our needs for the stay and it is in great location, walkable everywhere. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING! all the street parking is for residents, and even the 30 mins load and unload spot was taken when we tried to pack up to leave. We parked in the garage two blocks away which was fine, but expensive.

You'd be sharing a room with others and you get a bunk. You can store your stuff in a locker. You get towels and toiletries you need while you're here. The location is actually pretty good, especially if you're taking the ferry to Dry Tortugas. There's a pool and jacuzzi, which I liked, and also benches to grab a bite. Parking was on the street, but I'm told this is one of the safest places in the country, so it was okay. It wasn't difficult to find parking, and I got a spot right outside. I had to drive around the block a bit to look for it, though. I'd recommend checking the streets for parking instead of heading to a garage. I've always found parking around this area after a while. The only thing that didn't work out was the breakfast, which we couldn't grab because it was a bit late for us. For a place that's so convenient for the ferry, I wished they'd provide breakfast earlier. Apart from that, great experience. I'd recommend this place hands down!
