Loved our stay at the Perry. The marina was such a peaceful setting that really added to the experience. The staff were so kind and genuine in every interaction. It was a wonderfully relaxed but polished vibe.

Everyone's was excellent accept for Internet access which did not function for any phones or my laptop the entire time we were there. I needed to do a little work but was unable due to the lack of connectivity. Let me be specific so it can be fixed. Connectivity to the Perry Hotel WiFi was great, 100%. Connectivity to the Internet was zero.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and there are a couple of options for food and drinks. The shuttle service was great. It drives you to the downtown area of key west where there is a lot of things to do. The drivers know the area so ask them for recommendations on food and places to go. We picked up a rental car during our stay and there is plenty of parking available. Had a great time.

There are so many holds and there is a random 240$ charge on my card with absolutely no explanation. This hotel is not down town and charges $27 a night to park your own car in their lot and carry your own bags ... I've been calling for days it's nearly impossibly to get through and no one calls you back. It's extremely extremely sketchy that this hotel has so many incidental holds and random charges - make your life easier go somewhere else- they also charge a resort fee of $55 .. the holds seems like a scam and should be investigated. Everyone also seemed boarder line racist (and I'm white) everyone in the pool was talking about how great Trump is .. I'm going to pass on this hotel and hope I can get my money back

Great hotel and very clean rooms. It was nice to sit outside by the marina in the evening and have a drink or sit on the balcony. We had a slight issue with our room when we checked in and they quickly fixed everything. Would definitely stay again. Enjoy the shuttle to downtown area if you can.
