Floor was absolutely filthy, and even though my reservation was paid in full, the first night I was there at 2:00 am, the resort tried to charge my credit card again for the amount of the stay. Luckily, my card company declined it as fraudulent. Beds were not comfortable, and drinks are outrageously priced and small.

It is a nice hotel, don't be fooled by the picture of the beach, it's not that big. The breakfast food was amazing, great service.

Room needs upgrading. Room was near noisy elevators. Beds were hard as a rock. Fan in bathroom so noisy could not be turned on, therefore could not use ceiling light in bathroom. Staff was great, grounds were clean but a beach is not a small strip of sand lined with chairs. 40 dollar per day parking fee and 18 dollar drinks at bar???? Ridiculous Noisy machine used to clean up seaweed daily. Breakfast at restaurant was good with good service. Maids were pleasant.

Pier House is a great choice to stay in Key West. Location is perfect, at the start of Duval Street. The pier is a great location to watch sunset. Room was very well appointed, clean, just loved the balcony water view! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Location, location, location! We were within an easy walk to Mallory Square, The Truman White House, Hemmingway’s home, the boat tours, the trolley and many restaurants and CVS. The Resort was clean, well landscaped, comfortable and responsive to our requests.

Our air unit made noise and the staff told us to just turn it off at night and so the room got warm. Sleeping was uncomfortable. They said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was booked so no other rooms. No compensation for the 3 night inconvenience.
