This place is pricey compared to options elsewhere on the island, but TOTALLY worth it in terms of location and quality of service. We felt welcomed and appreciated, and both service and maintenance staff were prompt, efficient, and cheerful about it.

Absolutely perfect. Staff were very helpful and appeard to love their jobs. Room was very clean, every day. Facilities were very well kept throughout , including gardens, beach, pool, bars, restaurants, walkways, and buildings. Live music every day! Food and drinks were spectacular. Loved the ocean view from bar, and restaurants, and beach/chairs.

Staff was friendly, rooms are old and need some attention. Room faced construction and it was loud starting at 5:30 every morning- nothing was done about it and I do believe there were plenty of empty rooms… the beach area is great and the only reason that I would come back.

There were ants in the shower and room. Tiles on the balcony were cracked, tvs only got a few fuzzy channels. View was nice, but other guests smoking flooded our room and outdoor space with smoke. Linda at the pool/bar was exceptional, and the location is very convenient to everything on Duval St/Mallory Square.
