We loved everything about the property, so much that we’ve been twice within the past two months!!! The staff is alway impeccable and the cleaning staff deserves a raise!!!!!

I liked it was very clean and neat I did not like the private pool due it not being private several times I had staff hanging over fence to say hi while I was trying to enjoy my honeymoon and one night a lady was drunk and confused and tried to get into my room because the pool in your room is not secure and anyone can walk in I found out on my last day there were several amenities I would have enjoyed such as the beach however only the bartender was able to tell me this not the front desk or anyone who checked us in I feel shafted after paying more for the pool and it was clear it was NOT AS ADVERTISED

This location is modern and clean. The staff is unlike any staff I have ever had. The pool in the room is refreshing and the salt water pool on the roof is beautiful.

I can't explain in this text box what a FANATASTIC hotel we stayed at in Key West. Clearly the best place in Keys and maybe the U.S. Alex at the pool bar is a champion! Chris at the front desk was the awesome - gracious, patient and always willing to help with directions, suggestions on places to eat or see. Even the Maintenance Man was fantastic. We had a shower controller fail and within 15 minutes they were there, fixed in 10 minutes, and finished up with giving us two great restaurants to try! You won't find better! Thank you, H20 Team - YOU'RE THE BEST!

This is by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in; period. Staff was impeccable and catered to our every request. Pool and bar with complimentary snacks and beverages was wonderful - and Dove bars in the freezer were a great late night treat. You cannot go wrong with this property.

Amazing property and amazing staff. First trip to Key West. After checking out other lovely hotels, this is by far the best. Rooms were new, clean, wonderfully appointed. Staff was beyond excellent. Hands down a perfect experience.
