I stayed Feb 3- Feb 6 2026 the weather had turned colder when I got into my room it was 58 degrees, I turned up the heat in my room and it just got colder. I went downstairs and was told the hotel had no heat! Then I asked to speak to the manager and she lied telling me no hotel in Key West has HEAT! The Casa Marina was finished in 1920 and had heat along with others. She offers me more blanket’s! I’m paying $1,8000 for three nights in a room that’s 58 degrees. I asked about a heater, they only had a few and other rooms had them. Then I asked for a discount on the room. She took off $80.00 a night. I eventually got a heater that didn’t work well. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, everything else was mediocre.
