The private beach was the best part of this property! They could use more beach chairs and the storage of Sea Doos on the property took up too much beach space. Stephanie, the waitress on the beach, was so nice and the hardest working woman I ever saw! The staff who managed chairs and towels were also really nice. Good location fir other activities too.

Good place

We picked this resort because it had a private beach, is close to old town, and seemed to have nice rooms. When we got there, all of that was true. I realized Key West is a pretty expensive place to stay no matter where you go, but I expected the resort to be a little bit more polished. For example, the hallways paint job could be spruce up. One elevator was not working and the door of the elevator on the second floor had a big scrape on it like it needed to be repainted. However, housekeeping service was wonderful as was the service on the beach. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The patio glass sliding door was extremely heavy and nearly impossible to open, but the view overlooking the courtyard was very nice. So for every thing I have there was always a positive so I think it balances out evenly. It’s just a really pricey place.

The property is in a very nice and convenient area, It has a good beach area, The grounds are very nice and has a very relaxed vibe, I would gladly stay here again but have to say the room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, Terrible slow service and not even done some days, Pretty poor overall as this is not a cheap stay.
