When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by a gentleman who unloaded my suitcase & walked me along with that up the stairs and right to the front desk. I then was kindly greeted by another gentleman who made check in seamless! The room was very clean and absolutely beautiful! The view from the larger than expected balcony was gorgeous!! The outside pool area & pool staff were all very pleasant. My friends and I did use concierge service to rent golf carts, the gentleman there got us a great deal on a holiday weekend. The only slight complaint I have, the little convenient/gift store isn’t open very late. Overall great experience!

This resort is great. The pool the beach and the staff just amazing. But do not eat at the four Marlins. $150. 00 for Lobster mac and cheese and Chicken Milanese was uneditable and i mean uneditable. When i mentioned it to one of the servers they said that the chef was off . They apologize for the bad experience and the Chef did write an apology note to us along with a cheese plate and Keylime pie which was very good. But for the prices they are changing for the food there is no real excuse for uneditable food. Chef on site or not. But other than that a really great place.

The location was accessible to everywhere we wanted to go whether it was by walking or a quick uber ride. Even with only one working elevator at times we hardly had to wait. We would definitely stay there again.
