"This property is very nice. The staff were excellent. I had an incident in which I couldn't get out of my car because of an issue with the electrical system. The head of security was able to walk me through what I needed to do before the police arrived. Thank you so much. I was panicking and he was able to calm me down. Thank you so much!!!"

"While check in was a little confusing, everything after that was fantastic. Room was great, spacious, and clean. The location is fabulous. A short walk to the center of Duval st, giving easy access to everything you'd want to do. The staff was super friendly. I needed to let someone know the battery was low on our lock and it was immediately handled, with a very friendly follow up call to make sure everything was all set and if we needed anything. Also nice 2nd floor porch, great for a morning coffee or evening night cap. Would definitely stay at this location again."

"Check-in was super easy. The location was excellent. I got Lucky and was able to find parking nearby, but having the option to purchase a parking spot is super helpful. The room was small, but I didn’t spend much time there, so it didn’t really matter. The property owners did everything possible to make that small room everything I needed. The shower is very small. I’m short, so it didn’t bother me. But if you are big and tall, I would consider another room or another hotel. Thank you I would definitely book a room here again if I’m ever in Key West."

"The studio was perfect place to stay in Key West. Walking distance to Duval Street, Mallory Square and all the restaurants. The place was very clean and he had beach chairs, bikes, bike helmets, and most everything you need for a stay in Key West. The back deck and pool area was very quiet and relaxing place to wind down after a day of activity. Ken responded to any questions immediately. We would stay here again."
