Clean room nice size. Our big issue was a noisy neighbor above us that management was not able to assist with. The pool and whirlpool were great. Location, location was absolutely perfect to access Duval businesses.

Good points; Great location, very comfortable beds, nice pool and had a hot tub. Staff was friendly enough, breakfast was good. Downsides: room had no hot water at all for showers (reported it, but only there for one night so can’t say how they responded to repair it); room at night is VERY bright. Bring an eye mask if you need dark. They have birds in a cage in front which we personally hate to see and it’s not necessary (makes us sad to see birds caged) Overall would stay there again if the price was right.
