This was a great property for the money. Centrally located to walk to all areas of historic Key West including the wharf and Duval street. Cuban Coffee Queen is 2 blocks with excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The include breakfast was really just rolls/muffins/fruit/yogurt and the coffee was blah. Bike rental location right next door with outstanding service. Beautiful property with 2 pools, multiple buildings and lush landscaping. My only complaint is no one told us it was a smoking property. I don’t know if they have non-smoking buildings or not but, there was constantly people on the very narrow front porch of our building smoking that we had to walk by to get in and out of our room. Dirty ashtrays scattered around the property as well and often people out front of the lobby smoking. The ashtray on our shared porch was constantly full. The rooms did not smell of smoke so it was bearable but, we had to hold our breath going through a cloud of smoke in and out of the room.
