I stay here almost exclusively on my annual visits to Key West. Staff is always super helpful, courteous & polite. The "Venetian" pool is so impressive with its design & the shell fountains, plus the surrounding outdoor bar & breakfast buffet area is has a super local/island feel. The rooms are always in great condition, very clean & well stocked. I love how the hotel is elevated so there are so many parking spots underneath to provide cover. The continental breakfast is fantastic! I'll be back in 2026 guaranteed!

Clean room, front desk staff were very helpful. Grounds were well maintained, definitely had the Key West vibe! The free breakfast offered many options. Great pool bar, bar staff were great! Had a free shuttle to downtown which was helpful as parking downtown is difficult.

The front desk staff was nice, the room was for 4 people and the sofa bed wasn't made, or no extra pillows, blankets and sheets for us to do ourselves. When i called and asked if they were making the bed they said, "why? Can't you do it yourself?" The room was extremely dark, no lighting whatsoever, the blinds didn't block the light. The breakfast was good, the outside space was really nice.
