Very clean resort. Great staff. The only negative thing I can write is that I didn’t like the fact that they charge you an additional $40 per night resort fee. Also another $5 in other taxes

The biggest problem that we had with this property was the cleanliness. My wife and I were eaten up by what they called sand fleas, but we ended up taking pictures of what looked like bed bugs to us. Aside from the humiliation and discomfort of having to deal with that all weekend because they were fully booked we made the best of it and had a good time. Would not stay there again.

Property was just ok, not up to Hyatt standards. Over priced, daily resort fee for nothing. Would not recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Hyatt Centric. When I checked in, I was informed my 2 queen bed room was not available. So, they upgraded our room to a king size bed pull out bed in couch with a partial view of the ocean and free breakfast for 4 at their restaurant. We were very pleased!! Location was great. Easy to get to restaurants and other attractions we wanted to see.
