The property does NOT have a hot tub! Travelocity and/or the property are false advertising it having a property. I specifically searched properties with a hot tub to enjoy after a day snorkeling, etc….. their sister property has a hot you can go to and use, but this hotel/property does not have one. Hotel otherwise is fine.

The room was clean and staff friendly but they charge a $50 per day resort fee which is just a way to bang you for an extra $50 per day and make their room rates look lower when you are shopping for rates on line. They also charge you $15 per day to park your car and they are not located in down town Key West and they also have a large parking lot so there is no need to charge for that it is just another way to bang you for another $15 per day. I would actually give them a better rating if it wasn’t for those charges.

Lovely hotel. About 15 minutes drive to downtown but they offer a reliable shuttle (make a reservation outbound). Wonderful "back yard" playground with two bars and two pools. The staff is consistently cheerful and friendly. I'll stay here again.

We had booked Room with Ocean view and most it was blocked by trees. It is misleading, probably only top 6th floor has clear ocean view rest of floors have obstructed views. Not what it looks on their photos. When I mentioned to front desk, guy rudely said we can offer you early checkout when all fees was already paid! Facility itself is good with lots of family games and pool bar, breakfast etc. If they can just be upfront about ocean view situation in their hotel or room description, it would save lot of misunderstanding later.

Resort has good backyard vibe with lot of things to do for kids. On the otherside, room cleaning service was very poor. We go bad bug bites from this stay. Which is obvious given we stayed for 3 nights and every single day we had to call to get room cleaned, request restocking towel etc.

Expedia advertises" complete price". I paid for a queen size room for two adults for two nights. Upon check-in I was told that there is a non-refundable, $50 per person, per day resort fee. So I had to pay an additional $200 just to use the room I had already paid for.

The room was clean and spacious. Unsure of the housekeeping service rotation as we didn't get serviced one of the days but it's not a big deal. Everything worked well in the room. The staff was great. Seems like Toasted Coconut gets busy at times and service was a bit slower. Would have appreciated real silverware instead of plastic though, seems like a lot of waste. We would definitely stay again when in Key West.
