The property does NOT have a hot tub! Travelocity and/or the property are false advertising it having a property. I specifically searched properties with a hot tub to enjoy after a day snorkeling, etc….. their sister property has a hot you can go to and use, but this hotel/property does not have one. Hotel otherwise is fine.

The Blue Flamingo is amazing and the service is spotless! Very clean room and very nice resort. We has little problem (on our end not theirs) and we needed to switch room at the last second, in the middle of our stay and they accommodated us in a heartbeat. Sincerely, thank you!

The room smelled very musty. Asked for a different room but never got one. Also must of been some type of hot water pipe just on the other side of the wall which made a loud knocking noise all night long sometimes as often as 10 seconds apart.
