The property does NOT have a hot tub! Travelocity and/or the property are false advertising it having a property. I specifically searched properties with a hot tub to enjoy after a day snorkeling, etc….. their sister property has a hot you can go to and use, but this hotel/property does not have one. Hotel otherwise is fine.

This place is fabulous, from the extremely welcoming staff, to the free shuttle to and from to the seaport, to the onsite pools, bars, bartenders, food, live music, happy hour and the huge multitude of on site outdoor games... and the cheapest onsite parking I have ever had since we drive in.... The room was great. Clean and comfy. However, we asked for ocean view and we got to look at the elevator and there were no was m wash cloths, so we had to request that. Other than that, the property was amazing.

Our first night at the hotel, the body wash bottle in the bathroom was empty. Our room phone wasn't working right. When my husband went to notify the receptionist, she was really rude and dismissive and kept saying NO to everything. Not very friendly. We later realised that the coffee machine was also broken.

The room! Housekeeping never came except once to clean our room despite NOT having the do not disturb sign on the door. We never put that sign on the door until the last morning of our stay. We had to go down and schedule the one and only cleaning service we ever had in order to get them to come. We ran out of shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body wash and toilet paper. We even went and bought our own soap at one point. We had to keep asking for clean towels and there was a dead roach on our floor next to our bed.
