The offer on Expedia is misleading due to the images being photoshopped and edited. My personal opinion. Receptionist upon check in was very kind, generous, detailed with all the info and very helping, professional. The property stands right on the main road, you will heat a lot of siren noise day and night. The hotel offers shuttle service to downtown, which is a great convenience. The property however and its furniture and fixtures is outdated, none of the Housekeepers spoke English. Buildings are not numbered and therefore was not easy to locate the room. Free parking in the property was a great option. All the rooms and furniture need a signifficant remodeling. I requested to be relocated to another room due to the pull out couch being a pile of dust but not one person got back to me to at least communicate that it was not possible. That was a no no for me to stay ever again.

Housekeeping was terrible. They didn’t speak English. Hard tell tell them what was wrong. Was supposed to leave 2 waters a day. Left room unlocked one day. No coffee cups for 2 days of the seven days. Didn’t refill the body wash bottle. Didn’t clean Floor for 3 days. Air conditioning didn’t work for 2 days. Finally put in new one on the third day. We were very disappointed in the whole experience. Asked to have clean towels and housecleaning women came in late with a bad attitude.

Never saw the pool area, it was pouring. Area between parking and elevator very dark and sketchy. Charged a $40 early check-in fee despite it being terrible weather and the room already having been cleaned and ready. Parking charge extra. Room was dated, coffee maker broken. The front desk staff was amazing. The hotel is clean and in a wonderful location. They offer a free shuttle to the main area near Duval Street which is super convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Oh and we were here celebrating my birthday and they left us a bottle of champagne and a cute card in our room, it totally made my day.

Room, wasn’t very clean upon arrival and was not available upon arrival. Then I was blamed for excessive smell of smoke in the room. I do smoke, however all cigarettes were smoked at the edge or off property. So I ate a $250 deep clean fee. Showers had mold in the caulk seams and it took a lot of patience to brush my teeth without gagging due to the extras over use and clogging sink. Would I stay here again and being a Hilton Honors member, probably not. However the young ladies and outside bat tenders made the experience worth it.

I understand the noise because of the highway, but one thing my wife went down to the front desk and asked if they had a Band-Aids and they told us no that was basically it. She asked one of the laundry people she saw if they had any Band-Aids anywhere. And they were kind enough to go get one and bring it to our room, but your front desk people did not have the courtesy to try to find something. The lack of caring goes a long way in the hotel business your front desk needs to take some lessons. Thank you
