This house is a 3 bedroom stand alone unit with 2 king bedrooms upstairs with balconies and own bathrooms and the bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and also has it's own bathroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa with a screen divider for privacy if needed. Pool is just across the way in the center of the complex. Propane grill on back porch. Has a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot.
Close to the Golf Course and marina and public boat ramp - 2 miles from beaches.

Perfect place to stay for fantasy fest. The only complaint I heard all weekend was concerning the pull out sofa. Maybe a mattress topper would correct that very minor issue. Excellent host and place to stay!

Perfect location for a quick getaway

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. 7 of us, including friends and family had plenty of room to hang out together or separate. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen and the rest of the meals were eaten out, at the many great restaurants in the area! Judy was excellent with communication, responding to texts quickly and was very accommodating, when we arrived an hour earlier than check-in. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

September 2024 Key West trip

The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. It was also nicely decorated with ocean/beach themes. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porches and enjoyed swimming in the community pool. This house was a perfect size for 6 adults, with plenty of room to spread out. A nice bonus was having a wood fired pizza place and French bakery just a block away and in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay at this house again.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son, my parents, and my husbands parents and we all fit perfectly. The house is set up with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and we all had our own space with plenty of room. My husband and my son had a ball at the pool which is just steps away from the house and it’s also right down the road from Key West. They have plenty of restaurants around if you don’t want to drive into Key West. The house had everything you needed plus more! We spent the day at the beach and we were able to use chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler from the house! Our new spot to stay anytime we want to go to Key West!

Great key west stay

We loved our stay at Judy’s place. It’s a short drive into downtown key west. We rented a car and took Ubers, which were readily available. The house was exactly as described and so nicely decorated. Had everything you need, including plenty of towels for bath and pool. Pool was very clean and relaxing. The house feels very private with all of the landscaping. Across the street is a great brewery, coffee shop and pizza/Italian restaurant. Judy was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend to be a little outside of the heart of downtown. Would absolutely return.

Conveniently located

Host was very responsive to our needs. Answered all questions and concerns. Area is out of the hussle and bussle of Key West but close enough to to get in and out easily. Pool area makes the property that much more enjoyable.

2nd time staying here; just as wonderful as last year!

We had another great experience staying here! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool just out back was convenient and refreshing. The location is quiet, which we enjoyed coming back to after evenings out on Duval. An easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown, depending on traffic. We hope to return next year! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place!

Communication with Judy was great all along the process even booking very early. She’s very accommodating. The house is very nice and has plenty of space for both rooms and sitting. Beds are pretty comfortable compared to some other rentals I’ve stayed in. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The gated community is a nice addition as well. Really happy with the stay and would look to rent again.

Lovely Casa Cay West Home

This is a wonderful gem of a home just outside of the hustle and bustle of Key West yet only 15 minutes from all the downtown action, restaurants, museums, etc. Judy has decorated the home with a lovely beach theme. We enjoyed cooking on the back porch grill and swimming in the community pool. Loved our stay at Casa Cay West!
