The lodge is old school…think 1950’s….but lovely view of water from room’s patio. Right on bus line for easy travel to Key West. Staff very helpful.

Average place to stay. The room had an extremely strong smell from the cleaning products they used. Tried to air it out by opening the window and door but couldn't really get rid of the very strong smell! I think it was something that they used on the floors as that's where I think it was coming from and the floors were very slippery.

Lovely Hotel in the Florida Keys, Not “Accessible”

The location was excellent, right on the water with a beautiful view. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The only drawback was that the room was listed as “accessible” in the listing. My husband is in a wheelchair, so this is a necessity. Although the room was on the ground floor (a must), the shower was a tub-shower and not accessible to him. We made do, but I would not have booked this room if I had known that he wouldn’t be able to shower.
