Our experience was the Bathroom was not clean when we arrived and needed to ask for it to be serviced again on arrival. The shower water went everywhere when taking a shower and even though the room had been updated it felt rundown. I think there is much better value for money in the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My kids loved the ocean and pool. The food was also very good. The location was great with access to St Armands Circle.

The food here was not great- the staff was not service oriented- except for the Marketplace shop. We love the Opal hotels but would not return to this one.
