The hot tub was broken. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from the prior client. Additionally. mold in the corner on the sealant on the floor at the corner of the shower where it meets the tile. There are pot holes with the parking lot.

The hotel staff was great, and so were the complimentary cookies. Unfortunately, the hotel was burning up. The lobby, elevator and hallways had to be about 80 degrees. The room itself was significantly cooler but not cold enough to combat the harsh heat from the hallway. The 5th floor did not have a working ice machine or any vending machines. The breakfast buffet and lunch/dinner menu need to be revamped. The dining area was full of flies during my entire stay. The food lacked flavor, and the pancakes were burnt and dry. This was the worst dining experience that I've ever had at a hotel. In addition to flies all over the dining room, they were crowding the hotel entrance and lobby sitting area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The property was very clean and offered a nice amount of space in the rooms. One downside was that there was no free breakfast available, and I was disappointed to find out that I couldn't earn my Hilton member points because I booked through Expedia. On the positive side, the cleaning staff was amazing and kept everything spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel also provided delicious cookies, which were a nice treat. The front desk service was average, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt family-friendly and safe. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming environment.
