This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The room was so run down, the doors were so hard to close and it needs lots of upgrades. The lobby, restaurant and pools were good, but the room was gross. The only thing that was nice was the view. When we Che led in, we got up to our room and the door was wide open, making it a bit scary being it was myself and young daughter staying there. Both doors to the room and balcony were so hard to close and the door in the bathroom would not open all of the way due to it rubbing against the floor. After Taking a shower, the faucet dripped the remainder of the night into the next morning. The walls were filthy as well. I would not spend $50 to stay here again.

The room I got was NOT the room I put my card on. I didn’t get my 100$ deposit back and we left the room in perfect condition. The room’s furniture was so uncomfortable. I spent 2k on a room that was 2nd floor. Horrible experience. Will not stay again. The food was awful. The bathroom was nasty. 0/10. Do not stay here.!

The overall vibe of the front desk personnel was mediocre at best. Elevators broken down. The smell of trash all over the outside. The non English speaking cleaning ladies the next morning were the only nice people i encountered, and they didnt understand a darn thing i was saying. Was expecting a different experience with the cost of the room, parking fee, this fee, that fee, this tax, that tax.. couldve just stayed at a 2 star motel and gotten the same experience without paying a few hundred dollars for this one.

Our room never got cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and I know both of the first two mornings we would have liked it clean we didn’t leave the room until 11 or 1130 but we were on vacation and I felt that should have been accommodated. Obviously the third morning didn’t matter because we left. Our room was nice enough but it was very noisy with slamming doors and such. It was by the stairs though. Other than those issues it’s a nice place and the beds were comfortable and the ocean view from our balcony was great.

A weekend at the beach

When I went downstairs to the breakfast bar, I ordered some donuts. When I gave her the money to pay, she said she didn't have enough change and would have to owe me the rest. I went to get a couple of sodas out of the cooler and was told I had to pay at the front desk. I walked over to pay and the person on duty was on the phone. I waited quite a while and finally offered her my money for them. She didn't have change to give me the difference in what it cost and what I gave her either. Just purely pathetic. How do you run a business in the service industry like that.
