The room we reserved was a gulf view queen room. When we checked in the view was the pool and could only see a small portion of the beach. The sink took forever to drain and the ac unit made a terrible noise. The next night we upgraded to a suite on the 6th floor. The view was amazing. The sink had the same drainage problem and the toilet was a toddler size. It was small. The sofa was dirty and smelled and was really low to the floor. Very uncomfortable. This was our second visit to this property and our last. It was clean, no bugs and elevators worked great.

Clean hotel. Traffic in area horrible due to bridge construction. Nowhere to sit on beach unless you rent their chairs for $48/day. They have them lined up touching so you can’t set your chairs anywhere near the beach. They charge $10/day to park. Pretty ridiculous really. They’ll only change your towels every 3 days. Decently clean property. Nice pool area for kids but crowded. Room very humid.

This hotel’s amenities are excellent. We utilized the fitness room daily. The onsite restaurants had delicious food & large portions. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds and pools were very clean. Overall a great experience and would recommend a stay to anyone.
