I loved how clean the property was! Staff went above making sure everything was clean and kept Cons.. my comforter had a huge blood stain on it when we went to pull the covers down!! And toilet ran the whole time after having it fixed!!

There was a male employee following me and my under age daughter around the entire trip and was even standing at our door when we were going to the pool. I went to ask for another room and to get security to help and was told he was a cleaning staff and was just doing maintenance on my floor. I was from out of town and was put in a very uncomfortable position.

The bathrooms have no exhaust. No bathroom soap for bath only shampoo and conditioner. Pools were closed for four hours and more. Too costly and should have breakfast included in that price. Wifi was waste was never able to get it work.

Great beach, but not the best experience when dealing with the little things like terrible wi-fi and the daily hunt for where the beach towels were. Trying to ask the front desk a simple question on how the tv works gets a response of “put in a maintenance request “. Things like this mean I won’t be returning.

The amenities are not worth the amount I paid. I asked for a bill once I checked out because I kept getting random payments withdrawal and they couldn’t tell me the exact amount and what was being billed in sections.

It was good. We couldn’t connect to the internet the first day but we called the front desk and they fixed it the following day. Our safe box ran out of battery and no one changed it. The beach was fantastic, the pool was great. The food at the restaurant wasn’t good :-( However, they had a magic/juggling show this last weekend while we were eating and it was fun! Perfect for the whole family. Plenty of parking at $15 per night. No breakfast is served but rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. Overall, we enjoyed it :-) Thanks!

Good location, confusing eating and options places . Rooms smells good, uneven floors, bed and pillow quality one of a five . Pool and bar 5 of 5. Quite a few lounge chair broken , should be removed by now, liability issues. Stuff on the bathroom floor and carpet still there , look like no cleaning or vacuum was done. Paint missing from sliding door frame, ceiling paint coming off. Outside and hallway very nice and clean . A little disappointed about the quality of Hilton Garden inn rooms. Ok for a passing bye night vacation.
