This was our first time visiting this hotel and we were SO impressed!! Absolutely gorgeous hotel! It’s a whole other level of Hospitality! The decor was amazing though out…from the entry to the lobby and thru the rooms. The view from the 70th floor lobby was incredible!, and was just as great from our 56th floor room! Our room was spotless, beds were so comfortable (as well as the pillows), awesome big screen tv, great bathroom with large bath tub and separate shower. Fresh towels and even provided slippers for after your shower. We were able to control the temp how we like it and it always felt comfortable. Just so impressed at how comfortable and beautiful the rooms were. Housekeeping was great. Always so friendly and accommodating. If we needed something, someone was there right away! Super friendly staff and very helpful. That’s a big plus for this property because I’ve found in a lot of hotels the staff is, let’s say…not so friendly or accommodating! I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and will most definitely be back!! Highly recommend!! Thanks Intercontinental! See you in the near future!

Very disappointed, to start they have a sign at the entrance of the parking lot saying self parking since now they charge 71.50 a day for valet i decided to go self parking once i was there a bunch of employees told me I had to go to valet since I am staying at the hotel, they don’t have the buffet anymore so now they serve breakfast at la boucherie which is a smaller restaurant so I waited about 20 minutes to get a table another 15 minutes for a waiter and another 20 plus minutes for the food, the service at the spire was great, the next day we had dinner at la boucherie which is steak house everyone was helpful the steak was great so a manager called Adriana Mercado asked how was everything I told her was very happy but I too bad during breakfast the service is lousy so she apologized and said she was going to make sure we have good service the next day and yes she was there service was good we still waited a while for the food so she gave us some fruit while we waited, bottom line the prices went up and less employees obviously theirs Bussines is going downhill since now they have only two restaurants instead three restaurants that they had before, good thing Lyn a bartender at the lobby lounge was exceptional like always I really miss her when she was at the bar by the pool which now they not even have a blender, i don’t know if we’ll be back
