Nice grounds, clean rooms, convenient location for walking for food and entertainment. Nice staff. 3 stars because the coffee service is really bad. Literally a pump pot with either regular milk or plant-based milk. No half and half, which is a 100% staple in every restaurant, cafe, diner, and gas station in the USA. So I had my choice of buying my own carton or having to go out for coffee every morning, which was a real bummer. Please fix this very easy thing. The prices warrant a decent coffee service in the morning.

Great hotel with beautiful lobby and pool. Customer service was great and in a great area very close to farmers market and the grove. Only downside was the room cleaning. Found stains on some of the bedding and throughout the stay, the housekeeping was getting less thorough. Other than that, everything was great! Would recommend

Pulled in my car into the valet and they took care of me right away. I had a lot of baggage and they carried it in for me to check into the hotel. The rooms were updated. Reminded me of a modern French hotel - parquet floors, tarazo floors in the bath area. Hidden gem

I booked the Junior Suite, which was advertised as 400 sqft, but the room felt significantly smaller — I measured roughly 270 sqft including the bathroom. The hotel waived our parking fee after I raised this concern, which I appreciate. However, I think the room size description should be corrected to avoid misleading future guests. Overall, the hotel is stylish and well-located, but transparency is important.

Very cute boutique hotel. Did a quick stay and the design is amazing. Details are thoroughly thought through. The bed had the softest sheets I have been in. They should sell them to guests.

Great boutique hotel in the Fairfax area. Wonderful staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Adorable bright and happy rooms. The only problem was that the parking was 49.99 per day. That was kind of unbelievable. Other than that it was fantastic!

Great hotel, good location if you want to be near the shops at The Grove but far enough away from Hollywood etc. Made our honeymoon extra special even just while staying there for a couple of nights before flying to Hawaii.

The staff are always friendly and the hotel is centrally located with grocery stores and a shopping center near by. Beverly Hills a few minutes away and downtown Los Angeles about 30 minutes away.

My stay was so Wonderful. Will definitely stay here again when I return. The bar tender Jeremy was awesome and made the best drinks. He was so knowledgeable about brands and flavor profiles. The property was so special I loved the beautiful trees and boutique feel. The music was also nice and relaxing. Pool was temperature controlled which was a pleasant surprise. They cookies one day when I came in and they have fusion water daily which was refreshing. I was also impressed by the minibar! The best I have seen. I can’t say enough and it’s also across from the grove and walking distance from some cool clubs if you wanna have drinks and some dancing. Would highly recommend.
