The room was fine, comfortable bed, quiet, nice hot shower with good water pressure. My only complaint was the lack of communication. For example, we had to figure out on our own how to get from the garage into the hotel, then how to get into the garage with our key cards. At one point, we asked for more water and they told us to get it from the gym, but gave us zero directions to where the gym was or that a particular door had to be used. They had us running all over the hotel when just a little bit more communication could’ve helped. Other than that the location is good and it was a fine stay.

Clean room, location, location, location. Every staff member was soooo nice! I was greeted every day by room cleaning staff and front desk staff. My one priority was to swim in the pool every night. Coming from Seattle, I had no idea it wouldn’t be heated. Still, even with this sad, sad obstacle, we had a wonderful time.
