Front desk did not offer bell service when I arrived. Keys didn’t work on the door to our room. I had to go back and forth downstairs twice to continue to get keys that didn’t work. There were 2 strains of long hair in the bed. TV was on when we finally got key to work. Makes me think the room wasn’t cleaned. They definitely were not clean sheets with hair on them. I will never stay here again. My daughter attends USC and it was convenient for the night after a long trip over the weekend.

The hotel and amenities we're nicer than I thought. The location is close to the Convention Center but in a nice quiet area. Lots of food options close and the pool area is nice.
