This is by far thw worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Old, dated, poorly upkeep.

This property has so much history in every floor. You feel like royalty from the moment you arrive until you check out. The Junior suites are worth the upgrade, you get double the space and two bathrooms!! The staff was kind and helpful, never did you feel that no one cared about your trip. Do not stay at a Hyatt or Marriott!! Justa little bit more in cost, but significantly more value in the rooms and staff!! 💯😎✈️ This is a safe place for Pride visits and fun, security at every door checking for room cards. This place is family friendly solo friendly and safe zone space! TREAT YOSELF!! 😘

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Every square of carpet in this hell hole is dirty and dingy. Hallways smell like cigarettes, rooms are small and smell moldy, found a blood stain in our carpet, furniture was old and beaten, the chairs in our room were torn and covered in large disgusting stains, the “view” was so disappointing, towels were hard and cheap, the toilet paper is the kind they use in school restrooms (the cheapest and thinnest they could find), the shower is small and the water pressure is horrible.

I stayed two nights here with my boyfriend. Really disgusting carpets all throughout the hotel. Our room had a blood stain and a dingy and moldy smell. The hallways smell like cigarettes.. the chairs in our room were torn and covered in mystery stains. The shower is tiny. Shower curtains had stains and holes in them which flooded our bathroom floor. Towels felt hard and smelled weird. Toilet paper was the cheapest and thinnest they could find. This place looks like it had its peak in 1930 and has had a steep decline ever since. Very strong Cecil Hotel vibes (Not a good thing.) Stayed only two nights but I wanted to leave the first night. Very disappointed, I paid $400 for two nights and then another $100 for a “resort fee”. This place is not a resort, nothing of the sort. Worst hotel I’ve been to.

I would never stay there again. They charge 100$ a night for security deposit, then 75$ for days resort fees, then 50$ A night for car parking. They should been added on details before booking. Plus it was so loud outside that I barely rest because people are screaming outside
