Street traffic was a bit loud still - ambulance Air and were loud and occurred 4x well heard from the rooms Had to walk to the convention center - very easy walk. All areas were clean except trash areas there (they were having a race next door)

Don’t let Westin fool you!! Needs renovation
Overall disappointing. Don’t let the photos deceive you. This is a very run down Westin. seriously the shower felt like a roadside motel. Rainfall blocked and dribbled water. The hardware was all worn and the entire room was tired and needs a major remodel. The hotel lobby is nice and loved having Bluestone for morning coffee. I expressed my disappointment since I brought my daughter here for a mini break from college dorms. Her dorm shower is way nicer than this Westin. Also the pool is mini and the hot tub maybe fit 4 people. All in all don’t fall for “well it’s a Westin it must be nice” like I thought.

I expected better
Hotel is nice overall, and staff was professional and friendly; I was disappointed with some of the room details: the carpet was sopping wet in a couple of places, presumably from having been cleaned where there was perhaps a spill or stain. It was annoying to step in those places and end up with wet socks/feet. The pillows were not comfortable--I ended up with severe neck pain from my 2-night stay. The rainshower, while spa-like, did not do a good job rinsing my body, and the hand wand will spray everything around the bathroom if you are not careful when you turn the shower on. It was weird to have the bath towels housed inside the shower space, as they could easily get wet or damp while the shower is in use. Also, the TV (just a normal cable, apparently, not HDMI) kept going in and out, and had a fuzzy picture).
