The parking lot and elevator situation is very confusing here. It was hard to figure out where to go to get from the parking lot to the lobby, then from the lobby to my room. Especially with two big dogs. Signs should be bigger for sure.

Service staff in restaurant was terrible. They spent more time complaining about how there was no busboy than focusing on guests. Ordered food took over 40 minutes to receive. Coffee and water had to be refilled ourselves as we could find no staff. No milk was at buffet and after asking 3 times did we receive it.
