We booked this hotel specifically because of the pictures on Hilton’s website and Travelocity of the hotels pool at hot tub/spa. We wanted to enjoy an afternoon of swimming and soaking in the hot tub after a long drive. The pool photos are completely inaccurate. It appears they have renovated the pool and removed the spa. Then we asked for a crib, we were told it was first come first serve but they would try and deliver one. It never came so we went to dinner and called again when we got back. They told us they only have 1 for the entire hotel and would see if it was available, if not they could send us more pillows to make sure our 1 year old didn’t fall off the bed. It took an hour for those pillows to arrive. Then at 12am we were woken up by drunk people screaming in the halls and slamming doors. Due to poor insulation we could hear everything. At 1am the party was still going on in a room near us so we had to call security. It did not get quiet for another hour. Everytime a door was opened or shut, ours would rattle loudly. The refrigerator was unplugged when we went to put out left overs in, so we plugged it in but the rattling sound was unbearable so we had to get an ice bucket full of water and make a ice chest in the sink. The bathroom had black grout which should have been white and a fan that did not work but was covered in thick dust and dirt. Shower had caulking all over where a plumbing repair was done and hair from previous people when I went to bath my daughter

The propety on the exterior was good,the maid service was not. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed,i slept on top with my clothes on the first night. There were bugs in the room. As a guest you pay for outside parking,and valets parking, not so friendly customer service.

Your staff on the phone are rude, tried several times to get a shuttle from the cruise ship. I called the hotel to verify if a shuttle could pick us up from the ship, the woman was rude & said to call as soon as we got off the ship. When I did call the phone rang & rang no one answered, but it did hang up after several calls! The guy from the shuttle showed up & was rude he said he got a call for 2 people not more than that! He had no choice but to take us! Your staff never answers the phone. Asked for a wake-up call, we never got it! The only positive thing about the Hilton was checking in & the Bell Lady. The Hotel needs more luggage racks! This was my first stay at the Hilton I was expecting more than the Marriott.
