Our check in process was great. The staff were great at front desk. We got to the hotel early so we checked out luggage before our room was ready. That too was great. We arrived at our room a bit early, which was great since we were exhausted. The room itself appeared clean and spacious, which is typical of Sheraton hotels. However, when I went to the bathroom, I was shocked to find urine on the toilet seat! I immediately called housekeeping, and the manager offered to change our room or have it cleaned. Since we had already unpacked, I was okay with them cleaning it. After all, mistakes happen. Later that evening, when my daughter went to shower, she noticed blonde hair in the shower (we’re not blonde). That was completely unacceptable. My only conclusion was that no one had actually cleaned our bathroom. I called housekeeping again to speak to the manager, and she sent someone to clean the bathroom. However, she didn’t seem to care or provide any follow-up on what had happened. While it’s great that they solved the issue, it would have been better if they had actually followed through with what had happened. How does a bathroom not get cleaned? Also, the walls are extremely thin. Lots of traffic noise, airplane noise and you can hear everything from the other rooms and people speaking in the hallways. If you're looking for a good night sleep, you may want to reconsider.

Due to COVID-19, I had not been able to visit LA for some time, therefore I had no chance to stay at Sheraton. I was very happy to stay at Sheraton this time. The hotel was renovated, all facilities were well maintained. The staff members were professionally efficient and very friendly.

Upon to the hotel, we were immediately created by the valet. We did not use valet because valet charged pretty penny so we ended up using self parking. Soft parking was just right behind the building so not a problem at all as we entered the hotel. The hotel was clean, meet and smell good once we got to the front desk we were immediately greeted and prompt check when checking with completed. We went up to our room and noticed how clean the room was once in our room we noticed we didn’t have enough towels. We called the front desk and they immediately brought us extra towels, which was great great day super quiet will stay here again .

I’ll be honest with you. I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff is the real stars here they were so amazing and sweet. Front desk was OK. They could be a little more friendly, but the rooms are nice. The pool is nice. The bartender was very rude. I will want to say that he was extremely rude. Short Mexican guy very very rude for no reason so he should go other than that. Everything else is great. I will be back.
