There wasn't even complimentary 1st bottle of water. No hot water kettle at room, need to ask for....Shower wasn't easy to use. Everything were too old.... No breakfast to choose when did booking. Since everything was soo outdated and didn't see other guests. We were reluctant to having breakfast at hotel.

The restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond for us. They remembered our drink orders, changed out the oil in their frier for our gluten intolerant friends even though she told them they didn't have too, they also delivered food to us by the fire pit when they were off work because the restaurant was completely booked for Thanksgiving. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
