Check-in was easy and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. The beds were super comfortable. The views were spectacular. Although we didn't get to use the pool this time, we did enjoy the views from it. We checked out the restaurant as well, had the pretty delicious calamari, and also shared the spectacular view. The waiter was super kind and mentioned how the night view is also mesmerizing. Great location, central to most of LA.

I stayed at Pacific Palms several times before with no problems; however, the room I was given did not meet the standard. There was a lot of machine noise, and I had no idea what it was from. Maybe it was the room's location. Could not see at night. The air conditioner was very loud. Maybe there have to be some updates. The Red Restaurant was excellent for breakfast.

Room very neglected, 1st coffee maker replaced was dirty, 2nd one did not work. Furniture badly chipped, carpets dirty, and the tiles in the bathroom floor chipped. No Room Service at a resort? And when i tried to pick up a carafe of coffee from the restaurant they told me they could not allow it to go to the room? Great location but sadly run down.
