Sheets and pillows were stained. Padded chair was very stained and dirty. There was garbage under the bed below the headboard. Comforters had cigarette burns even though it was a non smoking room. Too much neighborhood noise (music, car doors slamming, people yelling after midnight).

Property was ok at best , the room was kind of dirty and had bugs in the bathroom and shower . Hotel staff were nice but not freindly if that makes sense . Wouldn’t go back due to how far it is from downtown LA . And because of the conditions of the hotel

The room has bad smell, the shower broken and inconvenient. Smog alarm broken. The towels were dirty and has hair. We have 3 people but only have stuff for 2 people. The bed and pillows have smell of detergent. The air conditioner was noisy like the helicopter Completely disappointed
