We waited for at least 1 hour for the shuttle at the LAX. The driver wasn’t very helpful. Sad. The hotel staff was nice and courteous. The room was nice and spacious but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty.

The street noise was horrible and continued until early morning. I couldn’t sleep. I was charged the tourist tax twice. Once by Expedia and then by the hotel.

Restaurant service was excellent. However, ingredient quality of food was bad. Westin should not be serving Motel 6 food. At very high prices as well. Need a new food service manager at this hotel. Club sandwich was terrible. Eggs tasted like they were cooked in motor oil. Sausage terrible. Worst sourdough toast ever.
