"Wet bar fridge leaking." carpet soaking wet!

Wet bar leaking, carpet soaking wet! Rooms very old and run down.

Westin close to the airport

It was a good hotel, but they charge $30 a day for parking, and like $12 a day for wifi, I didn't even want to take the complimentary water because I felt there was probably a hidden charge on that LoL. And the bed had a ripped part on the side, but no big deal.

Not worth it

Will never stay here again. When I got to my room 3 light fixtures were broke and had no light bulbs. Didn't have any complimentary shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and only had 1 soap. No microwave in rooms. Matter of fact there are no microwaves in the hotel period.

Well known hotel!!??

My husband and I chose Westin because I had stayed at Westin hotel before and we were expecting to check in at a 4 star hotel, but this hotel should get a 2 star rating. We could hear next door guests, and people staying above us flushing the toilet. We have stayed at hotels with lower rating, less expensive, but much cleaner and more comfortable than this hotel. Maybe it was because of the location. We were very disappointed.

Sloppy hotel

Almost 2 hours for shuttle kept getting hung up on when we called had to pay 50 bucks for a cab still waiting for the manager to call me
