To begin with the Staff is VERY RUDE. They look at you from head to toe and even though they weren’t busy (not attending anyone) they were still not interested in checking us in . Finally about 7 minutes later we got checked in she asked me for me to pay $100 as a security deposit and I asked a security deposit for what I already paid about $500 so and she said the $100 will be returned to you in about a week. And look it has been a month now and still they haven’t returned my $100 so I have made a dispute with the credit card.

The staff are indifferent. The room was adjacent to a train that ran all night long, blowing horns about every 20 minutes. Breakfast was dry and unrefreshed, and they slam the doors shut at 9am with no access to coffee or creamer. They will not clean the rooms more than 1x every 3 days. The train blocks the entrance to the hotel most of the day, just flat out stopped. There are NO restaurants anywhere near this hotel. Parking is $41 per night in an adjacent building. I'd rather camp out than book at this nightmare ever again.

The breakfast buffet is weak. Scrambled eggs don't taste like eggs, bagels old and flat. Coffee and fresh fruit are good. I personally would like some sweet pastry type stuff. Room noise, a low grumbling pulsing sound I think from a heat pump, made getting back to sleep after waking in the night impossible. Avoid room 245! The source of the machine noise was right outside my window.
