The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, Hollywood Blvd., etc. The stip of Hollywood Blvd. Is somewhat seedy, but that’s not a reflection of the hotel. The hotel has easy access to the shopping mall that is on Hollywood Blvd. I would stay here again.

The room is clean but seems a bit worn down. We had some trouble charging our devices (the charging ports are a bit loose) and we were provided a connecting room (we did have a situation where someone from the next door room tried to open our door, but fortunately it was locked). Not extremely high quality for the price you pay, but at least you are a close enough to downtown hollywood to experience the tourist attractions. There is also a shopping mall connected to the hotel which is convenient for food options and shopping. Would probably consider staying a bit further from the hollywood location next time since we would get more for our money, but if you want a safe/convenient location this is a decent choice.

Close to all you want to see in Hollywood but in a beautiful safe hotel. Room was large with a great view of the Hollywood sign and Capitol Records. Loved the heated outer pool area.

The room was very spacious and beautiful and definitely had potential, but several issues impacted our stay. The light fixtures in the restroom were crooked, and the vanity light didn’t work at all. The AC didn’t get cold, so we ended up sleeping in a warm room, which made things uncomfortable. The mini fridge wasn’t working properly, we had to unplug & plug it back in to get it running, and still had to buy fresh drinks in the morning. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating. On top of that, we were given the room farthest from the elevator, which was a pain after walking all day at the amusement park. It was late and we were all exhausted, so we didn’t bother to bring any of these issues to the staff’s attention at the time. That said, if these problems had been addressed, this could have easily been a 5-star experience. Now for the positives: The hotel is conveniently connected to the Hollywood Mall, which was a huge plus. The bar setup in the hotel is beautiful, and they offer valet parking and breakfast (both for a fee). The valet area can get crowded, but they do their best to get you in and out quickly. We booked through Hotels.com, which included a meal credit that really helped. The room came with bottled water, though it’s $11 per bottle, so be aware. Hotels.com also gave us a much better rate than booking directly. My husband is a rewards member, but we found that Hotels.com provided more value. Staff was amazing

It was a block from Hollywood blvd so it was close to everything . If you have a car parking is expensive and the entrance and exit to the hotel by car is tedious
