The keyless check-in email didn't work which meant I had to wait in a very long check-in line for a quick check-in. The hotel was noisy, but overall the place met the need, we visited the restaurant 2x, staff were friendly, and the elevators were speedy. Not enough self-parking, so we had to pay for valet.

Front desk staff were very good. Bartender at Urban Justice was mean, angry and refused to serve. Food and Bev manager was wonderful and took good care of us. Room was OK. Dirty water would come up through drain into the tub on occasion. Location was awful.

We booked this hotel to stay due to ours kids prom night. Hotel is in a good location near freeway and places of interest in Downtown LA. Personnel very attentive, well kept hotel and room. There’s also the convenience of having its own parking garage.
