I was happy that we were able to get food at 930 PM after a long trip. The breakfast was good. The only thing was that the bathroom is small.

The hotel is about 4 blocks from Union Sta. which was my end destination. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They even made arrangements to be picked up at the hotel for a siteseeing tour of LA. The food in the restaurant was very good also.

Like the garden and location next to Asian shopping and restaurants. Great grocery store with excellent Japanese grocery. Only negative was problem with front staff and key. Had to get three keys as they couldn’t figure out reservations ran sequentially and the keys stopped working.
