I liked the property overall. The place that sold breakfast kept messing up my to-go order every morning. But other than that, everything was fine.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved having the Netflix app available on the in-room television. The on-site Starbucks was also a huge bonus. The Marriott app was extremely helpful with check-in and allowing my phone to be my key to the room - loved that! We chose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle and because it was a popular transportation spot for Rally buses to SoFi Stadium. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We went to Los Angeles Marriott Hotel. The rooms are super small . This hotel had the worse customer service. They all are rude and incompetent. According to the hotel housekeeping has to be scheduled. And not even schedule they DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS as traditionally we were use to. Neither will give you clean towels. My son was profiled and threatened by a security guard who by the way was double the size of my child. Because the security guard "thought" my child was not staying there even though my son showed him the card, gave him the room number and went to the room followed by this man. Awful service. Go on your own risk and if after all these you decide to use their services. Well, don't say you were not warned

I would have expected this hotel to be clean neat and at least offer free parking since you are staying in their hotel, but no. That bathroom was dirty and had holes in the walls. The water in the walk in shower was overflowing. And there were stains all over the floor and doors. The parking cost $50 a night and they did not give a discount for staying at their hotel. Customer service was not very friendly. Not staying there again.
