I was supposed to stay here taking my grand daughter to see Kenny Chesney and my Delta flight was cancelled. Its bad enough she was crushed but when I called the hotel I was told I couldn't csncel without paying for the stay. After I hung up they charged my card immediately . No consideration whatso ever. The hotel staff said it was too obad I didnt book through them directly because they would have waived the cancellation fee. This was out of my control and as a senior citizen I feel they stepped all over me because they knew they could. SHAMEFUL

Overall hotel is good, bed is confortable, room is big,clean. But during the waiting period for the shuttle bus I saw more than 5 Century's passed by. Aircondition too loud to affect sleep.

The property overall was ok and clean. Staff was nice. However after a long day of travel we woke up at 6 am the next morning to people yelling, pots and pans being banged together, someone with a horn (non-stop). There were protestors at the front door protesting some sort of contract. Wouldn’t let people in or out without harassing them. This went on for about an hour or two before they left. Plus there is a 40 dollar a day parking fee which is completely ridiculous!

kids love the pool and the beds.. also the soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided. the only negative was no microwave on our room and there’s water mark on the carpet that seems like a bit old building. But overall, it’s a nice hotel
