I loved the design of the building, lower, center cafe and bar, LA Prime restaurant, and most of the stuff in my room. I loved the bed, appreciate the extra pillows and plug set-up for my Sleep Apnea machine. However, I couldn't find the hand soap until the next morning, the room was too warm for me, and I missed having ice and cold water, maybe due to COVID. I was hoping for a room on the other side of the hotel (facing the downtown high-rise buildings) but didn't get it but most of it was nice. LA Prime was nice but too expensive, though I had the money. I wish they have had more choices like pasta, chicken, and smaller steaks. I love the side dishes but they were too much for one person. I wanted to go to it once but probably won't go back again. At the Westin in Seattle, I could set the temp. for the room to be cooler. I should have brought a small fan with me, I guess; otherwise, nice. I wanted to get some cologne in the gift shop but couldn't find it then it closed too early for me.

Location is superb. But that is all. What was bad? No restaurant was open in there. Only one cafe.

We stay for five nights and not even one they they took the trash bag out I was expecting a something better for the price , i don't think i will be back to that hotel

The pictures are only accurate from the outside, the actual room was not clean, the covers smelled like mildew. I told the front desk and nothing was done about it, I’ll never stay there again, travelers beware!!!
