Not so clean, park at your own risk signs. Homeless people everywhere. They used the Covid excuse for not being able to do house keeping. Rooms were very loud and I had a very hard time to sleep. My room smelled so bad.

Tight Parking. A\C unit could be updated. Suggest no smoking on premises. Steep entry to parking lot. Rates should be cheaper due to the neighborhood. Nice view of downtown was the only plus.
